Sir I have got 398 marks in neet and I am in obc category can I get government bms or vetenery college in these numbers?

Yes you can have government bhms/bams or veternary seat in your state medical colleges.

As the opening marks for bhms /bams generally stay 350+ for obc in many of their colleges so you should apply for the counselling.

You can  have a government seat of bhms /bams or veternary in your state.

Though you have not mentioned  your state but nevertheless find the general information related to your enquiry.AIPVT is the national level entrance conducted by VCI for admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc.& A.H.) course offered by various several veterinary colleges and institutes across the country.

The expected cut off of AIPVT 2019 for OBC category expected to be 471 and above.Dear sorry to say but you have less probability .But if you can go for some state counselling for BAMS or A.H then their you may have good chnaces cut off varies from state to state.Cut off depends on number of factores as the dificulty level, number of seats and the candidates applied.
