No , marks obtained by you in 2017 in the neet examination is not valid now for taking admission in medical colleges in the year 2020 , you need to get appear in neet 2020 again and qualify it if you want to get into medical colleges now in 2020.
I would like to inform you that NEET 2020 application was released on December 2, 2019 and the last date to register for NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019, so apply for neet as soon as possible as you have very less time now.

Or like i have give in exam in 2019 but i want give in 2020 but i am not well prepared so that can i use 2019 marks for admission
