sir i have got 74.6532008 percentile in jee mains 2022 CRL rank 236062 and OBC NCL RANK 75369 . can i participate in mmmut gorakhpur councling

As you have secured this percentile let me tell you that you are eligible to participate in the counselling but i would suggest you to opt for a bit lower branches in this percentile if you want a good college. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
