At first congratulations on your stellar performance in VITEEE. The analysis of past cutoff trends suggest that with the mentioned rank you may not get computer science and engineering at the mentioned rank under category 1. CSE being most popular course among students, has higher cutoffs and ends around 7k.
However you will easily get a seat under second category at Vellore campus. You can also try CSE at Chennai campus under first category as there are joint placements for both the campus, thus providing equal opportunities.
