Sir I have got 98.9159957 percentile in Jee Main Sep 2020 And My CRL Rank is 12224 And My OBC-NCL Rank is 2478. Because I am an OBC. Should I go for Jee Advanced then what minimum should I have to achieve.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you can get top NITs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Jaipur as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check from the link given below :-

But as you are also qualified for JEE-Advance so I would suggest you to appear in JEE-Advance and try to score your rank under 10,000 for good IITs and this we know that NITs are much better than NITs in each aspect. Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
