I would be more helpful for me to be precise if have told I which exam you have scored your 17525 rank. I think that you scored it in Jee mains and answering according to that. For a rank of 17 thousand I may be hard for you to get a seat in CSE branch in Top Nits and the IIITs.but you may get the seat in normal Nits. My sincere suggestion is that wait until the last of the counselling to get your preferred colleges.
