Sir i have scored 540 in neet. Is there any chance to get a seat under AIQ OBC?

Based on this score the chances seem to be less getting a seat in All India Quota seats, You should have the chance to get a seat in state quota seats. It is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat Allotment.
