Sir I have scored agreegate in physic chem bio and English is 78.3 but in English it is 53 and phy88 chem86 bio 82 do I eligible for aiims?

Yes you are eligible for AIIMS 2020 .The minimum Mark's required is 50% in PCB for the general category candidates and 45% for the other categories (SC/ST /OBC) .

To be eligible for AIIMS UG exam the aggregate total of at least 60% is necessary for a general category with Physics , Chemistry , Biology and English as their subject. And 50% is needed for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Therefore, you are eligible for AIIMS from the percentage point of view.
