Yes your rank is pretty good you may get admission in nit trichy eee branch. As last year the opening rank for the same was 1546 and the closing rank was 3479 (other state) and for home state the opening rank was 1078 and closing rank was 7459

With 4679 you might not be able to get the EEE department in NIT Trichy, as per the previous years' trends. In 2018 the opening and closing rank for state quota students were 3098 and 10303 but for other states students it was 730 and 3474. However you can get this sweet of your choice if you are a resident student, that is, if you have a state quota to claim.
