Yes you can register for the second round of counselling of KEA just keep checking the dates and schedule properly and at times the registration for the second round will begin soon after the declaration of first round results. You can just go on the official website and then click on the new user register option then you will successfully create a login then enter tej required details after entering the I'd and password.
