Before exercising the choice selection as well as choice locking of the colleges according to your preferred order, you must look into the Provisional Merit list in order to be sure that your name exists in there.
The Provisional Merit List of students for the State Counselling would be released in the website of the State Conducting the counselling itself. You can go through the respective website in order to look at the list if it has been uploaded.
