Hey.
There are no colleges that offer the course of MA LLB. There are 2 typea of law courses in India. 5 year law courses that combine an undergraduate degree like BA, BCOM, BBA etc with Law like BA LLB, BCOM LLB, BBA LLB etc which can be pursued directly after class 12th. And there's 3 year LLB degree which can be pursued if you have already competed a graduate degree in any stream already.
So if you have already done a graduation degree you can go for MA separately and after MA you can go for law. Or you can go for Law directly after graduation degree. It will take you 3 years to complete.
If you're looking for an integrated course after class 12th then you can find various colleges offering BA LLB but not MA LLB.
