If you are enquiring about TS EAMCET counselling then the Provisional seat Allotment for second phase will be released on November 12, 2021. If you have exercised web options for second phase your seat will gets cancelled automatically if you are allotted seat in second phase and you will have to get admission in the institute in which you are allotted seat in second phase, if you are willing to get admission. The tuition fee and the admission fee which you have paid in the first allotted college will be refunded to you and your certificates can be taken back. If you aren't allotted seat in second phase counselling then the first seat will be retained.
