Yes you are eligible as you have passed biology subject, they need biology as a core subject and as per the eligibilty criteria of NEET UG you need to secure 50% aggregation of PCB subjects, if you have met all the criterias you are allowed to write the examination.

Dear Maurya, if you have completed 10+2 with Mathematics and studied Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject privayely, you are not eligible for NEET. To be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core subjects. Unfortunayely you cannot appear for NEET.
