Sir I scored 146 marks in Neet 2019, can I get admission in any courses of Ayush

I wish you had mentioned your rank, category and home state in this question. The cutoff  for AYUSH is around 300 for UR category.  Ayush courses and counselling for bams will be held state wise so cut off depends upon ayush ministry of state govt. But most probably it would be 300+

However most of the seats for AYUSH remain vacant after the counselling. The maximum fees in private colleges for ayush is 2.4  lakh which is not much but unless you are genuinely interested in AYUSH you should not opt for because it is kind of a dead end after PG unless you manage to get hired by any hospital or start a clinic of your own.

As per the LAST year Neet Notice ONLY neet eligible students are eligible for BAMS AND BHMS COURSES.
FURTHER FOR BAMS AS PER LAST YEAR THE CUTOFF FOR GOVT COLLEGES WERE ABOVE 390 MARKS. AND FOR PRIVATE COLLEGE IS VARIED FROM 320 TO 350.

FURTHER the left out colleges are DEEMED UNIVERSITY COLLEGES WHICH HAVE SLIGHTLY HIGH FEE STRUCTURE THEN OTHER PRIVATE COLLEGE.
THE CUTOFF FOR DEEMED SEAT WAS AROUND 290.
SO AT THIS SCORE GETTING BAMS IS Is Slightly difficult you can Try for BHMS which have Less scope the BAMS.
FURTG YOU CAN ALSO TRY PAID SEAT IN TOP DEEMED UNIVERSITY COLLEGES AND PRIVATE COLLEGE IF YOU HAVE LOW SCORE ARE THE NEET ELIGIBLE STUDENTS CAN APPLY THROUGH MANAGEMENT QUOTA.
