Sir, I scored 276 in Neet 2019 nd my category is SC .Is there any chance to get seat in NEIAH Shillong ?

You have not mentioned about your state quota or All India quota.

Tripura-462

Arunachal Pradesh-466

Manipur-458

So according to last year's cut off sorry you have No chances to get admission in NEIAH.
