Sir, I secure 192 marks and my obc rank is 13478 and over all rank is 27891, Can i get a govt College,,??

Can you please mention your branch basically which stream are you talking about?

If you are talking about engineering , then as per your rank and seats Availability- and also as you have an obc category so there are few benefits as obc has 27% reservation of seats.

But as your rank is more than 10k + the chances are little less but still you can try for nits and you might get a seat if there are vacancy.

You still have a hope to get seat in government college as your total rank is 27891 which is not a bad rank.
