No chance of getting Private as well as government college seat.. Try for private BHMS, BAMS, or other Paramedical courses..

With a rank of above 3 lakh I don't think you will get into any government or private medical or Dental College anywhere in India
You may try for the management quota seats in some private medical and Dental colleges by checking on their respective websites on the net
