No matter how you submit your application form it should be submitted before the last date mentioned by ICAI.
If you got successfully registered with ICAI, they will send you a confirmation message either through email, message or any other way possible.

Thanks ,but I just want to know whether I will get my Hall ticket or not as I have not submitted application form before due date...if I started preparing for exam and I don't get Hall ticket ..then it will be waste of time and efforts ..so plz reply .what should I do
