Hello Bharat, State quota exists for JEE Main counselling for all NITs. There are no seperate rank list, there is only one CRL and category rank list (if applicable). 50% of all seats in a NIT are reserved for people of the home state (who have appeared class 12 from that state). And the seats are allotted using CRL only. The usual trend is that under state quota the cutoffs are little more easy to clear than for all india quota.
