Sir i want to know which are the best govenment colleges of india offering integrated BBA-LLB course? ??
Dear Rajashree Mohapatra,
Good that you are interested in choosing a career in law and wish to pursue BBA LLB programme. Now as you are in Class 12 with Science subjects, you can go for the undergraduate law programme through CLAT, AILET, LSAT India, MH CET Law and alike law entrance examinations.
Since you wish to go for BBA LLB programme, you can pursue it from four of the 20 NLUs as not every National Law University offers the programme. The NLUs offering BBA LLB programmes are Chanakya National Law University Patna, Gujarat National Law University Gandhinagar, National Law University Jodhpur and National Law University Odisha Cuttack.
Further a few more government law schools offering BBA LLB programme are School of Law at Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Schhol of Law at Karnataka State Law University Hubli, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Palkhivala Academy for Advanced Legal Studies and Research Ramanattukara, Faculty of Law at Mewar University.
These above law instituions are recognised by the Bar Council of India to offer BBA LLB programmes.
BBA LLB as an integrated law programme is not offered in much instituions, generally the BA LLB programmes are widely offered. However, the BBA LLB programme will offer you a systematic approach to law as a programme with elements of BBA subjects. As such there are no pros or cons in pursuing a career in law with BBA LLB programme.
The difference between BBA LLB and B.Com LLB lies within the course curriculum and subjects.
Moreover there are a few instituions too which offer B.Sc LLB programme as well.
Thank you for enquiring as I hope the answer satisfies your query.
All the best! And never stop questioning, finding, exploring and building knowledge!
