According to your score there might be possibility that you can get a government medical college with this score.
The other option us you can go for any private medical college.

And yes, you can definitely give the exam next time If you fulfill the eligibility criteria i.e.,
25 years of age or more for general category candidates and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category candidates.
