Sir iam astudent of ur university i didnot attend my b.ed second and third semi so can i write 2&4semi together. Any late fine is there.

It's totally depends upon your university. Every university has their own rules. Many universities promotes, then you have to give all even sem exams which pending, in 4th sem or if university does not promote your, then you should give your is that semester. First you have to clear, then university will promote.
So, all those things depends on the university. So, contact your university for details.
