Hello dear aspirant..
You can do Bsc from PCB if your intermediate is from PCB and similarly in case of PCM also. Now as you are saying that you are failing in 11th in maths and hence want to go for PCB in Bsc. Let me tell you for PCB Bsc you have to pass 11th and 12th from PCB field.
