Sir if a person got a seat in private MBBS college and he has EWS reservation and he goes to govt college.

Hello Sairam, Unless you take confirmed admission in any college (private or govt), the seat is yet open. Even if you get a seat in a private medical college in a certain round of counselling but you do not take admission, colleges tend to make the emplty seats available to the next set of students from the merit list in the subsequent rounds of counselling. So someone else will be alotted your seat, unless you take admission within the deadline.
