sir if I get 98percentile in jee mains with general category is there is any chance to get in top 10nit with CS or IT in any councelling round plz answer

98 percentile is a good performance in JEE Mains. Considering 98 percentile the rank would stand in the range 23,000 to 24,000. With this rank you cannot get top NITs especially if you are looking for branches like CS and IT. With this rank you can get admission in CS or IT branch in NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Manipur, NIT Meghalaya, etc. You can get admission in all IIITs except IIIT Allahabad. You can get other branches even in top colleges like you can get Electrical and electronics branch in NIT Delhi. But CS or IT seems to be improbable with 98 percentile. Hope this helps.
