Hello Abhishek,JEE Advanced results are declared every year around 2nd week of june, and the Councilling of IIT's, NIT's, IIIT's starts around the 4th week of june and before that CBSE and other board 12th results are declared, so no need to worry about it.if by some problem results will be not declared then JOSAA will give you time and after that only thay will start councilling process.
so don't worry about this type of problem and focus on your studies and do as much good as possible in the JEE April and JEE Advanced.
