Sir if someone pays for 1st round and didnt get seat in that round..then will he/she has to pay for next consecutive rounds????

As per your query you should know that you have to pay registration fees for every round .so if you register in first round of counseling and didn't get a college then your fees will not be refunded as it is a non refundable amount that you have to pay for registration. And for every round of counseling you have to ay that stipulated amount in order to participate in consecutive levels of counseling.
