Sir I'm from Hyderabad, I got 327 marks in NEET 2019 and I got 216534 AIR and 95137 category rank.Please suggest what to do

Hello aspirant,
Well according to last year's cutoff you have very less chances of getting a government medical college in your state or anywhere else in India if you belong to general category.
But if you belong to some reserved category then you may still have some chances.
Even if that doesn't work then you can apply for admission via A category seats or else via management quota.
