It's tough to get a seat in government medical college as this year paper was bit easy so cut off wil increase but yet hope for the best also it depends you're from which category. You may get BDS with this marks

You have not mentioned your category. But last year,  in general category 458 marks secured a seat in Government medical college,  Ambikapur and 449 marks secured a seat in the same college under the OBC category. Every year scores and ranks vary with toughness of the exam and availability of seats. This you have good chances of getting a seat in government colleges under the state quota.
