Chances are bleak of your getting a nit but if you wait till last rounds of counselling you can get north eastern nits such as nit arunachal Pradesh, nit Sikkim, nit meghalaya, nit mizoram and there is a special around after josaa counselling is over you can apply in that, from csab also you may get some nit
And as you are from uttar Pradesh try for hbtu,you can get branches like chemical in hbtu as well
