Hello!
The 15% All India counselling hasn't started yet. Check the official site for NEET www.cbseneet.nic.in for updates. The registrations haven't begun for the 85% state quota seats also in most states. Check your particular state's website. They may have released a notice/information brochure regarding admissions in medical.
