Hello,
JEE Advance 2020 eligibility criteria is:

Student should have scored atleast 75% aggregate marks in class 12th. For SC/ST/PwD it is 65%.

OR

Student should be within top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective boards.

Since you are scoreing 61% marks, you are not clearing any of the above criteria, so you are NOT eligible for JEE Advance.
