Hello,
According to Panjab University definition, Candidature Suspended means:
"CS means candidature suspended for want of Registration No. and/or non-submission of any other document.
You can contact your coordinator/controller of examinations or admission office to ask which form has not been submitted by you.
Further process will be intimated to you by them. Depending upon the case, it will vary.

Hello Sakshi, I cannot comment on this as the resolution of problem varies from case to case. Such instances are resolved easily in most cases just by approaching the authorities. Untill and unless you have a mistake on your side, please be rest assured.
