Hey Atul,
JEE is an entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for giving admissions to B.E/B.Tech and B.Arch/B.Plan courses.
For giving this entrance exam the age limit has been removed. So you would be eligible for giving it after completing your 12th again.
Other Eligibility Criteria for appearing in JEE Mains examination is that you must have passed 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and must have scored minimum 75% marks (65%for reserved category candidates) for admission to IIT/NIT/GFTI colleges.
