If you have cleared JEE mains with more than 46.88 percentile (SC) 2021 you are eligible for JEE Advance which will be held on 3rd of October'21.
For getting seats in IIT's you don't just have to qualify in JEE Advance exam but you have to score better than the other to get a place in IIT's.
By the way, previous year cut-off for JEE Advance for SC candidates was;
Minimum Percentage of Aggregate Marks = 17.5
