As you know that this system of percentile is implemented first time in this year and it can not be exactly said that what will be the cut offs . So you have to wait till April exam results.
But you can have an idea that you will qualify for jee mains if you score 60-65+ percentile score ( will change according to various factors) and also you didnot mention your percentile score.
