Government colleges at this score are simply not possible unless you have reservation.
At your score it is difficult to get into a good college in Mumbai or Pune without any reservation.
You can surely try getting into any private college by waiting for subsequent lists in admissions process.
Some good colleges also have management seats based on exams they take on their own.
Try those too.
