hi,
see cutoff scores changes year to year and depends on lots of factors like number of participants, question difficulty level, seat matrix , category of students etc.
all state government colleges has 85% seats reserve for domicile students. now this year aiims and jiper also added with neet ug, you may follow the below link to know about previous years category wise cutoff,
