As you've not mentioned your home state, I'm saying the names of the nits and the branches you might get on the basis of other state quota.
NIT Bhopal- materials science and metallurgical engineering
NIT Calicut- production engineering
NIT jaipur- materials science and metallurgical
NIT jaipur- architecture
NIT allahabad- biotechnology
NIT allahabad- production and industrial engineering

Since you have secured very good rank so you can go for the top 5 NITs (ranked by NIRF/MHRD 2019)
If you want you can also go for your home state college.
