Dear Niraj, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, for being eligible for CAT, a Candidate belonging to General Category should have a minimum aggregate of 50% and for reserved Categories, it is 45%. So unfortunately, irrespective of the Category you belong to, you cannot appear for CAT.

Dear student you cannot give CAT because basic eligibility for exam is minimum 50% marks in graduation.
