Glad to inform you that Yes you're definitely eligible for NEET as the minimum eligibility criteria for attending NEET counseling is 119 for unreserved category and 96 for reserved category which you clearly surpass. But with such a score you have no chances of securing a seat in any government medical college through State quota or All India Quota, but have chances into deemed Universities. Best of luck.

Sir i am asking for class 12th % not neet exam.....

For 12 eligibility criteria one needs to have minimum UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
It means pcb is 50% taken together..... Not individual 50 marks in each subject
