Last year cut off under state quota for ST category in MP was 103 at Shyam shah Medical college , Rewa.
Since you are expecting a score of 310 you are likely to get a seat.
However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.

sir ek baat aur agr chindwara medical college admission leta h is sal se toh kya mjhe atleast wo mil skta h .?

Since Government Medical college, chindwara is a new college, we cannot predict it's cut off.We need to wait till , first batch of Medical students get admission there.

I can't tell you exactly as cutoff varies every year depending upon the difficulty level of paper ,and number of aspirants. I can't give you a false hope but it is a less score to fetch you a seat in government college for MBBS. Maybe you have chances as you have a category. So wait for the result and hope for the best.
