Yes, you are eligible for NEET exam. The minimum aggregate marks required is 50% in the PCB subjects. Alongwith this, you must pass each subject individually. You pass these criteria hence you are eligible.

Dear Sir/Ma'm, for being eligible to give the NEET, you need to have Physics, chemistry, biology and English as your core subjects in 11th and 12th from a recognised board. The general category students need to have an aggregate of 50% in their PCB while SC,ST and OBC need to have a minimum of 40% to be able to sit foe the exam.

I am sorry to say but as per the NTA guidelines, one must have a minimum of 50% in all the 3 subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in order to be elligible for appearing in the NEET exam.
However, if you have any caste certificate of being an SC/ST/OBC/PH, then the criteria would change and the securing percentage would drop below 50%.
