No,you can't get a seat in government college with 6.5 lakh in all india.
But you can try in private collges if you don't have any financial problems.and the fees structure varies from college to college.But the fees syrstruct will br between 40k to 70k per annum.
If not you can drop a year and try for next year with more and best preparation.
