As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With 565 marks in UR category, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota as cutoffs are usually around 540.
