sir, my CRL rank is 56066 and my category rank is 4324 in paper 2 April/September exam. I am belonging from sc category, may I get any nit or any government college

But you have chances of  getting into other government colleges. You can fill JoSAA counselings according to the colleges you might get, for knowing the college predictions you can use the college predictor tool.

You can also go for other state counselings as many states like M.P, Maharashtra, Punjab, etc provide admissions into government as well as private institutes. For predictions of colleges you can use the same link i mentioned.
