Hello, I am sorry but getting a MBBS seat with this score is really tough, usually the cut off doesn't go that low in state colleges and it becomes really tough to even reserved category candidate to get seat. Although, you can seek a private medical college or there is a possibility to get BAMS or BHMS in a government college with this score.
