Hi Karmraj,
As per the eligibility criteria of NEET, a candidate is required to be 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year he/she is taking admission to MBBS/BDS/AYUSH courses. Since you were born on August 5, 2003, so you will have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2020. So, yes you are eligible to appear for NEET 2020, provided you meet the other eligibility requirements.
