According to previous year cutoffs and trends the maximum rank under which an EWS category candidate got the admission in colleges under JoSSA counseling with other state quota is around 7k to 8.5k But your rank is far from that hence it will be impossible for you to get admission into any college under JoSSA but there is some chances as this year seats are increased in colleges for EWS candidate so seat tight and see where your luck brings you.
